■POTATO SWORD

We carefully fried sweet potatoes that have been aged for over 100 days to enhance their natural sweetness. We use canola oil for frying. The salt is sourced from Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan and is called "Mantide no Shio" (Tidal Salt). This salt is made from clear seawater that can only be drawn during high tide. We do not use any chemical seasonings or additives. Please enjoy the spice of naturally gifted salt and the intrinsic sweetness of the sweet potato.
