The soil is based on the organic JAS-certified soil "SAZANKA", and we have developed a special soil specifically for roasted sweet potatoes. We use a water purifier that replicates the water from the Jomon period. Using drones, we spread this water and lactic acid bacteria over the soil, and also sprinkle it with a mineral-rich soil conditioner that we have developed in-house.

We carefully fried sweet potatoes that have been aged for over 100 days to enhance their natural sweetness. We use canola oil for frying. The salt is sourced from Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan and is called "Mantide no Shio" (Tidal Salt). This salt is made from clear seawater that can only be drawn during high tide.
