Sourced from what's known as Miyazaki Prefecture, the 'Sunny Place' of Japan, we've utilized the blessings of the sun and ensured through our unique aging technique that they never drop below thirteen degrees, maturing them for over three months. Their taste can be described as, 'A sweetness where the nectar overflows, combined with a smooth texture.'
